Is Firefox ruined a good software for a reason? Or is this only a programmers inability to make proper software? Will FF become not so utter shit anytime soon?

FF became utter shit recently. Well recently I mean in a last few years. It uses 4GB of memory with plugins disabled. Crashes every few minutes, hangs everytime i switch a tab and all this happens on multiple devices and multiple computers with different OS. Ive been using FF since childhood. Im a web developer so browser is kinda my life and I loved FF, so please take your shit together and do not force your users to go to that crappy shit called "Google Chrome". FFS Firefox once was a masterpiece and now its utter unusable garbage. Plz fix ASAP, make it purchasable or smth, just fix this GOD DAMN NON SENSE. Photoshop with 6 open projects uses less memory than Single TAB Firefox. FFS.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
