Hi, We are using JW player to play videos on our website. We are able to play videos in Chrome, IE, Safari and Firefox version 30. We are facing problem when we try to play our videos in older versions of firefox. We use HTML5 MP4 videos. Is there some issue with MP4 encoding? Should we change our video format to WEBM to play our videos in older versions of firefox. Please help! Thanks in advance.
