More Information the next step after I download - I get an error message - the add-on could not be downloaded due to a connection failure on ity.s.upromise.com. could you assist please. Sylvia

It may be best to contact the site, about your problem.

It would help to know which pages you are looking at. If the pages are public and do not need a login can you give links for the pages

  • Explaining the add-on purpose and features
  • Containing the download link
  • And the actual download link itself
