Firefox won't start. I try to download the latest and your website is an endless do-loop that never lets me actually download the program. I keep getting shunted to 'add this' and 'sign up for that' web pages but no download is offered. When I click on anything that pretends to offer a chance to download it takes me back to the start.

Assuming you are on Windows, Click on http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/products/download.html?product=firefox-9.0.1&os=win&lang=en-US -> Do you get a download prompt?

No, I get a web page that shows me the three steps of downloading and asks me if I want to sign up for the email list. If I do that, I get a web page that asks me what kind of email list I want. If I answer that, I get a web page that asks if I want mobile or add ons or more information, if I answer that......, never, ever, do I get the little window in Step 1 asking me if I want run the download.
