Whenever I start Firefox, I get an error message- "Microsoft Siteadvisor has stopped working"

In the regular mode, not safe mode, when I click on Firefox the error pops up. It asks A: find solution, B: cancel. No matter how I respond, there is an endless loop. This is slowing the computer to almost a stand still. If I start the safe mode this does not happen.

Isn't that the McAfee Site Advisor extension??

Disable it until McAfee comes up with a fix for it. Something in the 3.6.13 security fixes evidently broke that extension and McAfee needs to fix it.
