Within Firefox downloaded Key Scrambler 2.7 and it could not find Firefox on my computer. I got a message saying that it should be loaded within Firefox using Key Scrambler.xpi but I cannot seem to locate this, Also it shows in my Firefox as an extension but KS calls it a plugin

Scroll down that page to - III. Manually Install KeyScrambler Personal - for Firefox installation directions.

Different terminology might be used by different developers. In Firefox if it installs via and XPI package, it's known as an "extension" , even if it installs a plugin to be used by Firefox. Even more confusing is the fact the Mozilla considers themes, extensions, and plugins to all be addons.
