http://www.fastdial.com takes over home page and blank tab

I try put the Firefox add on FastDial as my home page and get fastdial.com instead, I cannot get rid of it because it also sets itself as default for blank tabs. HELP.

Tools > Options > General - Startup - Show a blank page

And, it is the default for a New Tab.
