My website won't open on Firefox but open on every other Browser.

My website is http://bigelowdesignco.com

As of today and today only Firefox refuses to show my homepage like it's supposed to, and instead it only shows some strange webpage I have never seen before saying "Account not found".

I opened my website on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on my iPhone with zero issue. However, I have check Firefox for desktop on two different computers, and been shown the same page.

I have already cleared my cache, history and cookies. I also uninstalled Firefox and did a fresh install, only to have the same problem.

I'm just really confused what happened as this has never happened before. I got scared someone hijacked my website, but that wouldn't make sense since it's working on everything but Firefox on my desktop. I've just never seen this "Account not found" page before and this page has nothing to do with my website, domain, or hosting. My website and domain are all on Squarespace.

Did you move your website to Squarespace recently?

When I follow a link from Google, like https://bigelowdesignco.com/our-services, I get a certificate error. After clicking the Advanced button, it says:

Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for bigelowdesignco.com. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.web-repository.com, web-repository.com

When I use Firefox's DNS Lookup tool (about:networking#dnslookuptool), I noticed that the first address does not look like the others (I added the respective owners of the IP address):

IPs 34.202.63.170 - Amazon Web Services 198.49.23.144 - Squarespace 198.49.23.145 - Squarespace 198.185.159.144 - Squarespace 198.185.159.145 - Squarespace

When I use an online DIG utility, the addresses display in a different order each time. For example, in this case, one of the Squarespace addresses was listed first:

; <<>> DiG 9 <<>> @localhost bigelowdesignco.com A
; (1 server found)
;; global options: +cmd
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 62419
;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 5, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 0

;; QUESTION SECTION:
;bigelowdesignco.com. IN	A

;; ANSWER SECTION:
bigelowdesignco.com.	14400	IN	A	198.185.159.145
bigelowdesignco.com.	14400	IN	A	34.202.63.170
bigelowdesignco.com.	14400	IN	A	198.49.23.144
bigelowdesignco.com.	14400	IN	A	198.49.23.145
bigelowdesignco.com.	14400	IN	A	198.185.159.144

If that pattern holds, it could be DNS roulette for website visitors.

Could you check with your DNS provider about that odd address and see whether it needs to be removed?

Interesting. My website has always been on Squarespace. The only thing that has recently changed was that I created a subdomain that communicates with a CRM I was using to create for a separate landing page and email marketing. That is using the subdomain connect.bigelowdesignco.com. This subdomain redirects people to the actual url of my landing page which is bigelowdesignco.easyfunnels.io

Attached is an image with the DNS records I added to link the domains together. I'm assuming this must be where the issue is. Is there a way to fix this issue with the DNS records and subdomain, or should I just get an entirely different domain for my landing page to circumvent the issue?

I know this is moving towards something kind of off topic from Firefox at this point, but any help is appreciated.

I think you need to remove the new address from the @ level and figure out how to restrict it to the subdomain.

Also, just in case any of the info in the second attachment is sensitive, I suggest editing your reply to delete it.
