Message is: Media could not be loaded, either because server or network failed or because format is not supported.

IMO not a network issue......

Yes, this message is misleading. Most likely they run tracking scripts along with that video, that are being blocked. As a test, click the shield icon in the address bar and turn off Enhanced tracking protection for that website.
