I must have deleted??? my sent messages or moved them to somewhere. But they are ALL gone. where did they go? And most importantly, how do I get them back?

My DSL is Comcast Xfinity & I use Firefox is my browser. I also use MSN.

OK...then my WiFi provider is Comcast Xfinity. Is this what you are asking? I'm asking about the e-mails that I sent to other people. In my Firefox account there is a Folder that says "sent". All of those messages are gone...it's empty now. I don't know how this happened....surprised me terribly. I'm 75 yrs. old & I could have hit a wrong button. But I've been e-mailing for years & never had this happen before. Susan

I use my PC at home. I'm not sure what you're asking though. I use Firefox Mozilla as my browser or Edge or MSN premium. I do not know what Thunderbird even is? Never heard of it.

Are you asking about my Outlook.com account? I do not know what you guys are asking. I just send e-mails to family & friends. It's these e-mails that I'm looking for. They have totally disappeared. Who could I phone to actually ask a real live question. You are not helping me at all. Susan

Dropa I think you are confusing yourself on what "Firefox Account" is and used for.

Firefox itself is a web browser. The only way you view email you send/receive in a web browser is by webmail aka web based email like with your @msn.com email address you used for your grandmaperson account to post here or if you have a email address with Comcast or with gmail.com etc.

If your problem is with outlook then you need to look into outlook support as we do not really provide support for email services. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/get-help-with-outlook-com-40676ad0-c831-45ac-a023-5be633be798d?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us

Mozilla does not have the resources for the call centres that would be needed to provide one on one support by phone, email or chat or a free to download and use web browser and neither does any other web browser company. Any that does is generally paid for support for enterprise users.
