select calendar windwo too large for screen

When I'm trying to add a meeting to my calendars the Select Calendar window opens and I can select highlight the calendar but the Accept button at the bottom of the window is below the bottom edge of my screen. I cannot resize the window. I cannot drag the window far enough up to get to the button. I can not zoom out on my screen as zoom does not effect the Select Calendar window, only the browser window. I'm using version 60.6.1 32 bit.

Select Help/Troubleshooting Information, click Open Folder to open the profile in File Explorer, close TB, rename the xulstore.json file to xulstore.json.OLD, restart TB. Does the window look any different?
