Hello, I am no longer able to download attachments from hotmail/outlook. This occurs on my MAC as well as my PC. I did a refresh of Firefox and it fixed another problem ( I couldnt view attachments in the preview pane but now I can) but I still cant directly download files. I now have to download through the preview pane. Everything works if I use IE. Ive searched for hours looking for a fix, none yet. My firefox is fully updated and I cleared my cache. Thank you for your help.

Please uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved.
