I have been getting pop-ups blocked by my malware program, however it does not tell me how to get rid of it. It is called sync-en.exe.bid and shows different IP addresses each time it is blocked. I researched this problem and found that there are services that will scan your computer for free but charge to remove it. The other resource indicated to remove all "cinemaplus-4.2V29.07" from the add/remove programs; this name did not appear anywhere. How do I find this program and all of it's friends to evict them from my computer?

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
