i try to go onto a site i go on regularly but it keeps saying account suspended. i dont know what this is and when i go to help it doesn't tell me how to undo this

You would have to contact the website via email and ask them the reason behind this and how to proceed to restore access.

That is a website issue. It might be someone tried no login with the wrong password. It could also be you were locked out by the site administration. Contact its support.
