Is it possible to create folders within my bookmarks on Firefox for android?
I would like to know if it's to organize the bookmarks in any way within Firefox for android. Or must I just scroll down the list to find the one I want

No, Firefox for Android cannot organize bookmarks into folders. But you don't have to look for the bookmark in the list - just start typing in the address bar and Firefox will suggest you also the sites in your bookmarks.
