I lost all my Thunderbird email on a Win PC, but have my mail in Thunderbird on a Mac - how to move it to the PC?

I have the PC thunderbird running, but its only recent email (POP). I'd like to move all the Mac thunderbird email into the PC thunderbird mailbox. I tried export on the Mac to a network drive, but it failed to export more than a few emails for unknown reasons. What is the right path to do this?

aritomo, try to use IMAP instead of POP3 so you don't have issues keeping your messages in sync.
