firefox can't be opened

When i open the firefox,I can see the firefox.exe process in the task manager,but I can't see the interface.I reinsall it for many times and I delete all files in \AppData\Local\Mozilla and \AppData\Roaming\Mozilla,but still not working.Even I put the -safe-mode into Firefox Shortcut(not rename,you know what i mean) or add -p into the shortcut,it still not working. I tried download FirefoxPortable,it also not working.

see if any Internet Security software blocking Firefox

I don't have any internet security software and I try to configuring firewall,I do all the thing you tell me. But it still not working. I found every time I boot my computer,The first time I open a picture with firefox,it miraculously appeared.but once I close it, I can't open it again until I reboot my computer
