It should automatically install when you restart Firefox. If that does not happen, in the Help menu select "About Firefox", that will allow you to check for updates again.

Minor security updates are automatically installed, they aren't "downloaded" per se. Check the Help menu and see if there is a "restart to install updates" menu item (the wording may have been changed a bit for 4.0) or simply restart Firefox. You can check your Firefox version number in Help > About Firefox.
