Hi Support team,

I am looking for an option to add a user's online archive mailbox to his Thunderbird client. I tried adding it as a separate account with "/archive/" as the IMAP directory, but that didn't work. Is there any option to get this done? Please help if any.

Thanks in advance, Pramod

If the archive folder is a subfolder of an IMAP account, it should be available to be subscribed in TB: right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe, Refresh, and see if the folder appears in the list.

Hi @Sfhowes, Thanks for your response. Unfortunately no. This is a separate archive mailbox which gets created when enabling "Online Archive" through Microsoft 365.
