1. Press Alt+F and check 'Work Offline'. 2. Visit 'about:preferences#privacy' 3. Under 'Cookies and Site Data', click 'Clear Data...' 4. Uncheck everything except 'Cached Web Content', then click 'Clear'. 5. In the affected tab or webpage, click the refresh button, then the back button. 6. Press Alt+F and uncheck 'Work Offline'. 7. Refresh the page.
