Hi, (This appears to be a long-term problem, spanning several versions of Thunderbird.)

My webmail sent folder contains emails I've sent from my phone (various apps, incl Bluemail), however, NONE of the emails I've sent from Thunderbird on my laptop are stored in my webmail account.

My provider is Westnet (Australian) and they are investigating, but I'm keen to see if any other TB users have resolved a similar problem, and if so, how? Thanks, G.

My guess it your other devices use IMAP to connect to the mail server and as a result all folders are synchronized. Your Thunderbird is probably set up as POP so nothing is synchronized, only new mail is downloaded.

Closing the circuit for others who might experience similar problems...

In recent weeks, I've had three issues:

  1. A long-time contact suddenly not receiving my emails at all
  2. Another contact finding all my emails in his spam folder (in spite of white-listing me)
  3. My sent mail not displaying in my webmail folders

All have been resolved today with a migration of my account from POP3 to IMAP.

Thanks to Matt for your response. G>
