Hello could you help please. We cannot send emails from all of our email addresses which are [email]@drcontracts.co.uk [email2]@drcontracts.co.uk [email3]@drcontracts.co.uk [email4]@drcontracts.co.uk [email5]@drcontracts.co.uk

When we try to send a box appears :

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [84.92.244.241] blocked using sbl.spamhaus.org; https://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/query/SBLCSS. Please check the message recipient and please try again

Could someone help please. We are receiving emails, just cannot send any. we are on a SMTP server and the emails are with Thunderbird.

The error message tells you why you cannot send emails. That message has been sent to you from the server. The server is blocking you - preventing you from using the SMTP server to send emails. The server is using spamhaus database as part of their methods to prevent sending of spam and apparently they do not like your IP address because it is listed on spamhaus. Suggest you click on the link provided in that error message. The information offers a means where you can 'request a delisting'. I suggest you follow the advise.

You can use this link to check IP address: https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/

I used that link and checked info for your domain and also for the IP address mentined in the error message.

It would seem your domain name is ok. But the IP address is listed in the CSS and PBL records. See info: https://www.spamhaus.org/css/removal/record/84.92.244.241 https://www.spamhaus.org/pbl/query/PBL1668765

I would also advise that you do not post email addresses into a public forum as anyone can see them including nefarious people using spambots to search for email addresses.

I would also advise that you double check the emails you are sending out to ensure they are not appearing to look like spam. There's plenty of advise that you can google on what to avoid in emails so you do not trigger spam filters. eg: too many links.

There is excellent information at the links I provided please read it all carefully.

You should check the smtp port you are using to send emails. I do not know what you have set up for the Outgoing Server (SMTP) server settings for each mail account. I would strongly advise that you do not use port 25. Use either port 587 and Connection Security STARTTLS or port 465 and Connection Security SSL/TLS The information on what to use is usually provided by the company hosting the domain or by your service provider if sending using their SMTP server.
