Sometimes I accidentally move a tab to a new window. I'm not sure how I do this, but I don't mean to do it.

Dont exist a way to undo the move tab, but you can move to main window again, click and drag the tab and drop in the main window.

Make sure that you do not drag a tab slightly down in the browser window while clicking.

You can detach a tab from the current window and open it in a new window by dragging a tab in the browser window.
You can drag that tab back to the tab bar in the original window to undo that detaching.
