It will depend on the password manager which you will use, some of them have autofil feature where you need to press login button and most of them have autofill and autologin feature

I suggest you to try one of them, you will understand perfectly then, there are several password manager are there like roboform, 1password, Lastpass, i use lastpass Firefox addon

The build-in Firefox password manager only stores the names and password. You will still have to sign on manually on each website that requires authentication.
