After upgrading to Firefox 5 a toolbar bar disappeared and although FF asks me to reload it , I cannot find out how to do this.

The message over the Tab bar says "Firefox is not able to show the Toolbar. Please re-install the Toolbar" but ir does not tell me which toolbar it is unable to show so I am at a loss as to how to proceed.
