I am having a problem with incoming emails appearing in non-HTML format (see below), and I have checked "Allow remote content in messages" and there are no exceptions. Is there another setting that would cause the loss of HTML formatting and/or remote images? (see images of same email in full HTML and without) Thanks for any suggestions Lee

Found the problem - Message Body had somehow switched (I have no idea how), but that solved it.
