Instagram not accept cookies, can't log in

i think latest browser update broke instagram. I am stuck accept cookies screen, even i accept these it not disappear. I tried turn off extensions, clear site data, not helped. Works on incgronito mode only?

tried also turn off adblocker stuffs.

works on Chrome atleast fine.

Windows 11 home.

Does it still happen in a new profile (without signing into sync account)? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.
