In Google Forms, I expect a dropdown here to pick the date.

That's a Google Forms issue, the standard date picker works and it can be made to appear by changing the browser useragent to "Chrome".

I have this same problem. Seems like this has been around for awhile. Zeroknight made a suggestion...does that imply I need to install an extension to make this work properly?
