Thank you for reaching out. The information covered in this support forum post may help you switch the display back to the arrows.

In this thread, cor-el and Adam C suggest the following: "Settings -> General: Fonts & Colors -> Advanced [X] 'Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above.'"
