All folder options across thunderbird "No available folders"

When creating filtre or changing other folder options, I can't select folder across Thunderbird. There it says "No available folders"

What's the solution?

Note: I don't want to create new profile because I have 10 email accounts.

Filters are created on a per account basis. SO while you can move message to other accounts folder you can not make an every account filter.
