Try this please : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration This is usually the cause of this issue. If above does not work proceed here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
