Help!!! Yesterday I installed CouponXplorer based on a "PetSmart coupon email" which probably wasn't from PetSmart. I need to sign on as Administrator (am the only user of my PC) but don't know how - so I can remove "CouponXplorer by mycoupons" manually. I have Windows 7, Office 10, IE 9 on a Vista PC - probably must also remove CouponXplorer from Internet Explorer. I do not use Chrome for anything! Thank you!
