I would like to listen and watch the BBC on my mac but it crashes with no report. It is up to date, but can't listen to the radio or watch live TV, only older programmes. Is the BBC not available live on my computer?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
