Over the last couple of days, every time I try to load Criminal Case via Facebook using Firefox, I get script errors. It loads with no problem using Internet Explorer. I have reset Firefox and it did not solve the problem.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Note: Edge on Win10 does not use ActiveX version but its own Flash.

Then reinstall the latest version.
