I have been experiencing beeps whenever I gesture scroll with my trackpad, one beep for each scroll, and last night I noticed that the beeps stop at the moment AVG stops its startup scan.

While I now know the reason for the beeps, I would like to know what my laptop is trying to tell me with said beeps. Low voltage? Low RAM?

I am using FF 20+, Windows 7, in a Vostro 3560 with 6MB of RAM.

Hello MauFerrusca,

Thank you for contacting Mozilla Support. After doing some searching it seems like this can happen while a system is under load. One of the suggestions I came across was to update your audio drivers. The newest driver for your Vostro can be found here:

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/DriverDetails/Product/vostro-3560

Please give this new driver a try and let us know if it solves your issue.
