Hi cathyw11,

probably you have 3 shortcuts on your desktop, if it is shortcuts they will have a small arrow on the firefox icon (see the screenshot). Right click on each shortcut you want to delete and select delete(don't be afraid, you delete only the shortcut, not the program, the program you can find it in windows start > all programs).
