I try to open firefox, and Windows says it's already running but not responding and to close it. In the task manager, no aspect of Firefox is running. I uninstalled that version, and reinstalled a fresh download, same problem. There is only 1 profile and it's teh default. there is no parent.lock file

I already tried to do everything the other threads instructed, none of them worked.

What you posted is the time that the crashes occurred and not the crash ID.

If you have submitted Breakpad crash reports then post the IDs of one or more Breakpad crash reports (bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.
Please check that the crash reports have been submitted and contain crash data by visiting the link.
