Since that time, newlinks activated do open up in a new TAB But.......

I can no longer open up the next TAB manually so that I can open an URL myself.

What bug has caused this and how long will it mtake to correct it please?

It was the localstore.rdf file. It's ok now and I up n hot. It was like trying2 play the piano without chords!
