Firefox 4.0, toolbar is older version. How do I get newer one with back button that shows recent sites accessed?

I recently installed Firefox 4.0.1 after having an older version. In the older version, the toolbar was different. It had a "back" button with a down arrow that would show sites recently visited. My current toolbar just has a back one and forward one site button. How can I get the better toolbar installed? Thanks

Try right clicking before considering any modifications.

Look at the button you have at the moment, try hovering the mouse over it and try right clicking. I am in Firefox 5 at the moment but I think it is the same in 4.0.1, I am not sure where or even if it is documented, but on right click you get the list of previous back pages for that tab.
