The Firefox browser would be used by you and your site visitors to view your site. You should not install Firefox on your website. If you would like to recommend Firefox, you can give visitors a link to www.mozilla.com so they can install the current version of Firefox from the source.

Regarding uploading long videos, you might want to use an FTP program. You can check with your website hosting company for advice on how to transfer files using FTP software.
