I signed on to Ebay and as a result every time I try to access the internet by typing in just a few letters in the magnifying glass window(upper right) on my Mac ie cr for craigslist Ebay comes up. I want to eliminate Ebay. Erase it from my computer.

To make Firefox delete all details it stores about the site do this:

  1. On the menu bar, click on the History menu and select "Show All History" to open the Library window.
  2. At the top right corner, type the name of the website you wish to forget in the Search History field, and press Return.
  3. In the resulting list, hold down the Ctrl key while you click on the site you wish to forget, and select "Forget About This Site".
  4. Close the Library window.
