Hmm, in the "Nightly" (pre-release) version of Firefox for Android, when I tap the lock in the address bar, there's a Clear Cookies and Site Data option at the bottom of the panel. But I don't see that in the regular release. I don't know whether the feature has just not rolled out yet, or whether there is some setting to enable it.
