two laptops, both with Win 10, one has thunderbird, the other has blue mail. Not syncing, both IMAP. ideas? problem shows as missing folders.

Are you able to subscribe to see the missing folders ?

  • Right click on mail account name in Folder Pane and select 'Subscribe'
  • Click on 'Refresh'
  • select folders and click on 'Subscribe'
  • click on OK

If not working-still not showing folders.....

  • Right click on mail account name in Folder Pane and select 'Settings'
  • Select 'Server Settings'
  • click on 'Advanced'
  • Uncheck the checkbox 'Show only subscribed folders'
  • Then restart Thunderbird.

Do you see folders now ? Are you able to Subscribe to see them now?

Is this account using an oulook.office365 server setting?
