Hi, please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st:

It could just be the site with it shoving a ton of java script at you as well as bad coding on the page. Usually if this continues you should consider complaining to the site or take yourself to another site that is similar that does not want so much information from you or what ever the scripts are used for. You can stick in some adblockers like Ghostery and uBlock Origin as well as NoScript which would block that but possibly break the page.
