chrome requests discard file firefox.exe for it may harm my computer why?
when I use chrome, rarely, a page comes up and states that I should discard, there are two choices, discard or keep. I have chosen keep because of my preference to have firefox, quantum right now, but it comes back. Also, although I have chosen firefoxx to be my computer´s default browser it won´t accept it.

What your seeing is neither a Chrome or FF legit reply but a SCAM reply. So unless you can post a screen of it saying it I highly doubt Chrome will say that. Also if you can't set your default Browser if using Windows then you got bigger problem then the Browser themselves.
