The title basically says my problem. Odd thing here is that the setup doesn't even show an error. It just shows some window for a split second then closes. Nothing happens after this. Can't do a picture because it's way too fast.

hi, as this is sometimes a symptom of malware on a system, please try to run a scan with various security tools other than your main solution like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.
