Whether I click the star in the context menu or use Ctrl-D shortcut I have the following problem: the menu where you can choose a different name or folder for the bookmark that normally pops up won't pop up. It does work in Safe Mode though. But the thing is that I'm unable to determine the cause of the problem. I have turned off hardware acceleration, switched to the default theme, disabled all extensions (restarted of course) but the problem still persists. Any idea what else I could try?

This line in userChrome.css was the cause of my problem:

  1. bookmarks-menu-button toolbarbutton { visibility:collapse !important; }
