Hi Loubeau02, The green lock in the url bar usually refers to the encryption that is used on the website. For example, the url will have the starting https instead of http when the green lock appears.

This should not deny access. Try to change the url to not have an s to see if you can change this or add an exception if there is an "Untrusted Connection" warning on the webpage. Please see: "This Connection is Untrusted" error message appears - What to do
