When I log into Mozilla O keep getting a pop up box with critical virus warning Trojan horse and worm stating A replicating virus. I use your service on PC for online college classes, which requires I use your service. Last few weeks virus keeps coming up. However if I use internet explorer I don't have this issue. I have xfinity security and eset security both have checked my system and state the virus is coming from use of your service. I need to know what I can do about this virus coming from use of your service. Can you fix this? Do I need to delete your service and re load? I cannot continue to have this issue it adversely affects my school work. Not to mention the constant inconvienence it is causing when I use my computer or phone. I will await your prompt response.
