right click on bookmark, properties, description - how can I view this as a mouseover or other easy way

right click on bookmark, properties brings up the properties box

is there a way for the description section in this box to be visible somewhere either as I mouseover the bookmark or in the addon/status bar at the bottom of the page

if not I can't see the use for this other than opening bookmark library and viewing there which is still not useful as it is all in one line
